The holidays are over and I overindulged. 2010 will be different. I plan to exercise 3-4 days a week for at least 30 minutes and eat better. This will mean moderate portions, no refined sugar, and more veggies. It will also mean planning ahead for lunch and snacks so that I don't choose convenient but unhealthy foods. I will write about my progress here in an effort to stay on track. My major goals are to kick my sugar habit and overall feel healthier. Wish me luck!
