I still hurt from workout overkill on Wednesday, but tonight I hope to get in some yoga and stretch out sore muscles. I forgot to bring a lunch to work but still managed to choose well eating out. I had a lebanese eggplant and chickpea salad. It was delicious. Starting last night and going through Sunday night are a string of dinner parties and a reception, so it's a good test for me. I tend to thoroughly enjoy social occasions and come away happy and stuffed to the brim with yummy food. Now I'm aiming for happy, but only reasonably full. So far the cutting out sugar has failed, but I have been successful at cutting out fried food and cutting way back on sugar. It's progress. Fool's Fest is 2 months from Tuesday. I'll be ready. :)
