Yesterday was a wonderfully healthy day. I had yogurt for breakfast, a salad and a banana for lunch, carrots as a snack, and spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. I took Loki for a walk and even got in some yoga and some pilates. Yay, me!
This weekend, I prepare for the week ahead. I'll make some hot lunches I can freeze in tuperware and make sure I have lots of good things to snack on. I'm even going to make some lemon-ginger frozen yogurt with my ice cream machine to have for dessert. I think I'll even go running with Loki if it's not rainy and gross out.
