Hopefully our new patio will be done this week! It was started in mid-December but has taken a while due to weather. As long as it's done before spring, I'll be happy.
Today has been a good day for my health project. I even avoided all escalators and elevators on my commute this morning, opting for 9 flights of stairs each way. Saturday I fell down a bit when I capped a morning of walking around downtown DC with a large bowl of chicken fried noodles. And Sunday I did well except for minimal exercise and a bit too much late night chocolate. Yesterday was fantastic. I exercised and ate well and was very happy with myself. Monday went very well too. And I've gotten into yoga and pilates, which helps me keep moving on days I don't take Loki for a run. So far I haven't seen much in the way of results, but then again, I haven't been at this for very long yet.
