Tonight Chris and I are having friends over for Tapas. I think we're starting to get pretty good at it. On the menu tonight:
Spicy Garlic Shrimp
Cherry Tomatoes stuffed with roasted red pepper tapenade
Andouille and White Beans
Brie topped with carmelized onions
Toasted bread with topping options of goat cheese, Spinach-Artichoke dip, and sun-dried tomato brushetta
And for dessert: Cranberry tart
Okay, so the cranberry tart isn't very Spanish, but it sure is good and cranberries are in season.
I can't wait!
