Okay, so I'm currently eating a lollipop that is bubble gum flavored. I just grabbed the first one I saw from the candy drawer. I am left with one glaring question...if I wanted a bubble gum flavor, couldn't I just have had some bubble gum? I suppose if I was some kid with braces and loved the taste of bubble gum and couldn't have any that this would be quite useful. But that's a rather narrow target market, isn't it? Like jelly beans that are popcorn flavored. However that's at least novel. Bubble gum is not a unique or interesting flavor and is really a waste of a perfectly good lollipop. Candy merely for sugar's sake is not worth eating. Oh wait, nevermind. Another theory shot to hell by pixie sticks.
